Can I return items purchased online?
Online Bookstore Return Policy:
All book returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days after semester start and within the semester they were originally purchased. The return must be shipped to the address below with a copy of the original receipt postmarked no later than 30 days after semester start.
Books need to be in resalable condition to be accepted. If any apparent cover damage, writing, highlighting or book is not shrink-wrapped (if applicable), the book will be denied credit. Some books are sold without shrink-wrap. The bookstore will know if the book was shipped with shrink-wrap or not.
Approved refunds will only be given for the cost of the merchandise plus tax, if any. These refunds will be placed on your student account and all returns are processed within 72 hours of the date they were received. Shipping charges on any order are NON refundable. It is up to the campus/student to make sure that the package is securely-wrapped when returning books. If the return is damaged due to the neglect of packaging the return properly, the return will be refused and denied.
