Contacting the Online Bookstore |

Visit bsbooks.bryantstratton.edu At the home page you will either need to “SIGNUP” (if first time user and need to set up your account) or “LOGIN” (if you already have an existing account). Once logged in, click on your campus listed under “BROWSE BY CAMPUS”, (NOTE: If you are a campus based student but taking an “online” class, you must select “online” as the campus choice for the course you are enrolled in order to select the correct book). The combination of campus books and online books can be added to the same order. Select the course that you are enrolled in. If multiple books appear, you will need to order all of them for that course. Click on the title for more information regarding that title. Read all applicable notes in regards to that title before clicking on “BUY NOW”. The book will be added to your cart. Continue these steps until all titles have been added to your cart before moving to the next course. When you are done shopping click the "SHOPPING CART". Review what’s in your shopping cart and if you need to delete any selections, do it here. If your billing or shipping information changed since the last time you logged in, click on “Edit Your Address Book” to update your account prior to checking out. Click on “CHECKOUT NOW” and select the desired shipping method. If you live near one of our campuses in the state of New York or Ohio, you should select GROUND service since it is only one day shipping time from our location to yours after processing time. If you live near one of our campuses in the state of Virginia or Wisconsin, the standard GROUND service takes 2 days from our location to yours after processing time. Select your payment method then continue check out. Confirm everything on this page prior to clicking on “PLACE ORDER”. If you need to modify your order or your account information, click on any of the steps at the top of the page to edit or modify. Once you are finished editing, click on “PLACE ORDER” your order is now complete and your order number is displayed. You may print a copy of your receipt by clicking on “click here”. Feel free to browse through our Apparel, Gifts and Supplies categories. Please note that these items will need to be placed on a separate order paid with a credit card. Your student account will not allow you to purchase these items. |

What if I don't have an email address Having an email address is critical to any online purchasing transaction. You will need an email address in order for you to receive an email confirmation letting you know when your order has shipped with your tracking information. If you don't have an email address we suggest and encourage using your Bryant & Stratton academic email address. All Bryant & Stratton academic email addresses begin with your campus code (i.e. Albany would be “al”, Cleveland Downtown would be “cl”, online would be “on”), last name, first name and end with @mail.bryantstratton.edu. What credit cards are accepted? The Online Bookstore accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards. A current student in good standing will be allowed to utilize Bryant & Stratton’s pre-approved student account. You should check with your Financial Aid Advisor for your financial status on ordering books online. |

What if I need to make a change to my order after it has been placed? If you have placed your order and need to make a change such as shipping method, shipping address, add/delete a book on your order, you may email your request to BookstoreCS@bryantstratton.edu include your order number and full name. Please note that we can only make changes to orders that have not been processed or shipped. For example, if you placed your order on Monday and decide to make a change a day later, it may be too late. In that case, you will receive your original order. If you live in the state of Ohio, Virginia or Wisconsin, you will be charged the appropriate state sales tax. If you live in New York State, taking credit bearing courses, students are exempt from sales tax on textbooks purchases only, by state law (PSC Students are required to pay sales tax in New York State). Can I return or exchange items purchased online? Online Bookstore Return Policy: All book returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days after semester start and within the semester they were originally purchased. The return must be shipped to the address below with a copy of the original receipt postmarked no later than 30 days after semester start. Books need to be in resalable condition to be accepted. If any apparent cover damage, writing, highlighting or book is not shrink-wrapped, the book will be denied credit. Some books are sold without shrink-wrap. The bookstore will know if the book was shipped with shrink-wrap or not. Approved refunds will only be given for the cost of the merchandise plus tax, if any. Shipping and handling on any order is NON refundable. It is up to the campus/student to make sure that the package is securely-wrapped when returning books. If the return is damaged due to the neglect of packaging the return properly, the return will be refused and denied. Mail the securely-wrapped merchandise via an insured delivery service, such as UPS, FedEx or U.S. Post Office Parcel Post to: Bryant & Stratton Online Bookstore The bookstore has the right to deny credit for returns that do not meet the Online Bookstore Return Policy. How is shipping and handling charged? Shipping and handling charges are charged automatically based upon package weight and distance shipped. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BOOKSTORE CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. PLEASE ENTER A VALID STREET ADDRESS TO ENSURE PROPER DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER.

What if I want my order faster? We can ship your order 2nd Day Air after processing time, which can be anywhere from 1 to 3 days after you have submitted your order. You need to select this option upon checking out of the bookstore, for an additional cost. This calculation will be shown on the “select shipping method” page of the order process. If you would like to calculate the SHIPPING TIME from our location to yours, visit UPS.com and enter the bookstore location Town, Orchard Park, State, NY and Zip Code 14127 then enter your location Keep in mind that you need to consider the PROCESSING TIME that it takes for the bookstore to complete your order prior to shipping it out. This processing time can be anywhere from 1 to 3 business days. Processing time excludes weekends and holidays. Once the processing time has been completed and your order is ready to ship, the SHIPPING TIME is calculated based on the time it takes from our location to yours. If you live near one of our campuses in the state of New York or Ohio, you should select GROUND service since it is only one day shipping time from our location to yours after processing time. If you live near one of our campuses in the state of Virginia or Wisconsin, the standard GROUND service takes 2 days from our location to yours after processing time. Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. We can not give preference to next day or second day air request based on the information outlined above. The bookstore will not refund shipping cost once you make your selection, make your selection wisely. We suggest ordering your books, at least 1 week prior to the first day of classes, to take advantage of the basic shipping prices. |
