An e-book is included with the adaptive course materials and/or a course fee will be applied to your student account at the same time as tuition appears.  Excess bookstore funds will be applied to course fee charges.

This is my first time at the new site.  What do I do?

  • Have your BID# (banner student number) and birth date ready.  You enter your BID number in that field, and will then be prompted to enter your birth date for verification.  You simply use the calendar tool provided.
  • You will then be prompted to reset your password.  Choose a secure password and be sure to write it down and keep it handy for future use of your account.
  • Email and address are preloaded from BannerSIS. 
  • Once logged in you will be able to review you profile. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate whenever you logging in for all future orders. 


How do I order my books?

This process is now easier than ever!  
  • After logging into your account, you will see an orange box near the top of the screen that reads "Get My Textbooks For This Semester".  You simply click that button, and the next screen will contain a drop down menu for you to select the semester you're looking to purchase books for.  
  • Simply select the semester, and the next screen will show you ALL necessary items you need for your registered classes. Each of the items are automatically checked for you.  If you would like to take a book off of your order, you simply click the check box and it will not load into your cart.  
  • Once all necessary books are checked, you simply click the "Yes I want to get all the selected course material I need into my cart and checkout" box located both above and below the list of books.
  • On the next screen, select "Checkout Now"
  • Then select your shipping method
  • The next screen will allow you to "Place Order" if you have sufficient financial aid funds to cover the cost of the order.  If you do not, you will be asked to enter valid credit card information so that your order can be processed.
  • Once you have clicked on "Place Order", a verification information screen will appear with the details of your order.
  • That's it, you're done!

What if my Financial Aid balance is incorrect or missing?

The Bookstore has no control over FA balances within the site.  ALL financial aid information is handled by the applicable Financial Aid associates on campus.  Any questions or concerns about financial aid should be directed to your FA Advisor.

How will I know my order was received?

Once your order is placed, you will be given an order number. It will look like this:

What if I need to make a change to my order after it has been placed?

If you have placed your order and need to make a change such as shipping method, shipping address, add/delete a book on your order, you may call or email your request to 
and include your order number and full name. Please note that we can only make changes to orders that have not been processed or shipped. For example, if you placed your order on Monday and decide to make a change a day later, it may be too late.  In that case, you will receive your original order. There are other shipping intercept options that UPS offers but those come with a fee and your account will be charged accordingly.  Contact customer service via phone or at the email address above for further assistance.  Please also note that the Online Bookstore is NOT responsible for lost or stolen orders and replacements will NOT be sent out.  With each order placed, an e-mail is sent (to the e-mail address you supply within your account information) with tracking number information so that each student can track their order.  It is your responsibility to make sure that you ship your orders to a secure location or a location where someone will be present to take possession of the order(s). 

What credit cards are accepted?

The Online Bookstore accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards. Credit card information will be requested upon ordering items that are not eligible for purchase with FA funds, or when an order exceeds the approved FA student amount.  A current student in good standing will be allowed to utilize Bryant & Stratton’s pre-approved student account. You should check with your Financial Aid Advisor for your financial status on ordering books online.

Will I be charged sales tax?

If you live in the state of Ohio, Virginia or Wisconsin, you will be charged the appropriate state sales tax. If you live in New York State, taking credit bearing courses, students are exempt from sales tax on textbooks purchases only, by state law (PSC Students are required to pay sales tax in New York State).

How is shipping charged?

Shipping charges are calculated automatically based upon package weight and distance shipped. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BOOKSTORE CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. PLEASE ENTER A VALID STREET ADDRESS TO ENSURE PROPER DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER.

What if I want my order faster?

We can ship your order 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select after processing time, which can be anywhere from 1 to 3 days after you have submitted your order. You need to select this option upon checking out of the bookstore, for an additional cost. This calculation will be shown on the “select shipping method” page of the order process.

If you would like to calculate the SHIPPING TIME from our location to yours, visit and enter the bookstore location Town, Orchard Park, State, NY and Zip Code 14127 then enter your location.  Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends so, for example, if you choose second day air and your package is shipped on Friday, you won't get it until Tuesday (2 business days).

Keep in mind that you need to consider the PROCESSING TIME that it takes for the bookstore to complete your order prior to shipping it out. This processing time can be anywhere from 1 to 3 business days. Processing time excludes weekends and holidays. Please also keep in mind that the last pick up of orders occurs at 3:45 p.m. EST Monday-Friday so any orders placed after this time won't be shipped until at least the following business day.

Once the processing time has been completed and your order is ready to ship, the SHIPPING TIME is calculated based on the time it takes from our location to yours. If you live near one of our campuses in the state of New York or Ohio, you should select GROUND service since it is only one day shipping time from our location to yours after processing time. If you live near one of our campuses in the state of Virginia or Wisconsin, the standard GROUND service takes 2 days from our location to yours after processing time. 

Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. The bookstore will not refund shipping cost once you make your selection so make your selection wisely.

We suggest ordering your books, at least 1 week prior to the first day of classes, to take advantage of the basic shipping prices.

How do I return books?

  • Books MUST be returned within 30 days of the applicable semester start.
  • Pack books into a box or padded envelope, making sure to pack them well to avoid damage during shipping
  • Include a copy of your original packing list.
  • ALL items must be in brand new and unopened condition in order to be returned.  Please note that not all books are shrink wrapped and the Bookstore staff is aware of this. The student account will be credited within 72 hours of receipt.

  • The Bookstore has the right to deny refunds on any returns that doesn't meet the criteria above.

The Online Bookstore Website is open 24/7 via your Internet connection.
The Online Bookstore staff works Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, with later Customer Service hours during seasonal busy times.
The Online Bookstore ships orders Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. EST.

Shipping is NOT 24/7 - no weekends or holidays. Please plan appropriately.
